Operations During COVID-19
Delta Dental of New Jersey is operational during the current health crisis even though we are working remotely. To protect our associates and their families during the current health crisis, we have a reduced number of staff available to take phone calls. You may experience longer than normal wait times. We continue to pay claims, monitor enrollment and eligibility, and more.
Our web site is your best resource, as our Member, Dentist, and Employer portals are available for you to review claims, check eligibility and benefits, and perform other self-service functions.
