Our mailing address for claims and other correspondence is changing. We will no longer be using P.O. Box 222, Parsippany. Our new mailing address is:

Claim submissions for members of our individual plan should still go to Delta Dental of New Jersey, P.O. Box 103, Stevens Point, WI 54481.
This change affects only our mailing address. We are still located in New Jersey, our members still have Delta Dental of New Jersey and Delta Dental of Connecticut policies, and our phone numbers all remain the same.
