Operations During COVID-19

Our goal is to continue to provide service to our members, providers, brokers, and group customers. Claims will continue to be paid to provider offices, commissions will continue to be paid to brokers, and members can self-serve through the MySmile member portal. Through MySmile members can self-service on our website to verify eligibility and benefits, check claims status, and print ID cards and explanation of benefits.

All customers can also contact us via email. We appreciate your patience as there is a 2-3 day turn-around on email responses.

Our Web portal is your best resource during this temporary suspension of call center operations.

We apologize for any inconvenience these extraordinary circumstances have caused. We trust you will appreciate that our actions are intended to protect employees and enable us to serve your needs over the long-term. We will continue to provide updates as this situation develops.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, dentists are taking emergency patients only, and many dentists have temporarily closed their offices. Find a dentist available to see emergency patients during this time.
