DELTA DENTAL RAISES $50,000 FOR SPECIAL OLYMPICS

PARSIPPANY, NJ (August 2001) – The Eleventh Annual Delta Dental Classic golf tournament raised $50,000 for Special Olympics New Jersey, bringing the total raised over the history of the event to $300,000. This year's tournament was held at Cherry Valley Country Club in Skillman, New Jersey.

On Tuesday, July 31st, Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey executives gathered to present Special Olympics New Jersey with this year's tournament proceeds. On hand for the presentation were Walter VanBrunt, President & CEO, Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey; Marc Edenzon, President, Special Olympics New Jersey; and Mark Nadeau, Vice President, Marketing, Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey and Special Olympics Board Member.
