Benefits “Recollection”: What To Do If You Forget How to Log Onto Benefits Connection

Most of us don’t need to check the status of our dental benefits daily, or even weekly or monthly. We think of doing it just a few times a year—usually right before or after a family member’s dentist appointment. If it’s been a while since you last logged onto Benefits Connection, you may have forgotten a few critical bits of information—like your Username or Password.

Don’t despair. Follow these simple steps, and you’ll be logging onto Benefits Connection in no time:

If you forgot your Username: Click the “Forgot Username” link on the Benefits Connection Logon page and follow the prompts.

If you forgot your Password: Click the “Forgot Password” link on the Benefits Connection Logon page and follow the prompts.

If you forgot both your Username and Password: Please click the “Forgot Username” link first, then go back and click the “Forgot Password” link.
