Patient Direct Makes Dental Care Accessible to Those Without Insurance

If you know friends or relatives without dental benefits, Delta Dental Patient Direct^® may be just what they need.

This option for New Jersey residents is a dental access program, not an insurance plan. Members have access to a network of dentists who agree to provide dental care based on predetermined fees.

Membership runs for one year after enrollment. The annual enrollment fee for individuals is $66, or $96 for a family. Family membership includes spouses, including domestic partners, all children until the end of the membership year in which they turn 23 years of age, and any disabled child who is fully dependent for support. Family members who have dental insurance are not eligible for Patient Direct.
