Benefits Connection Provides Year-End Summary of Benefits Expenses

With 2006 drawing to a close, you may find yourself searching for receipts so you can file for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement.

Benefits Connection can help you get organized.

You can use the secure, password-protected Claims Summary feature (in Claims Inquiry) to view a summary of all your Delta Dental claims for the past two years. The summary includes the date of service, dentist's name, and amount paid. You can easily find out what receipts are missing, and contact your dentist for copies. Your FSA may even accept this printout for reimbursement; check with your benefits plan administrator.

The Claims Summary feature can also help you organize expenses if you claim medical on your income taxes.

The Claims Summary is just one of many helpful features available through Benefits Connection. You can also get complete details about your benefits coverage. To access Benefits Connection, go to www.deltadentalnj.com. Click "Members" and log on to Benefits Connection. First-time users should click "Register Now."
