Before today, you probably knew us as Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey. Now, we're Delta Dental of New Jersey.
The new name is part of our comprehensive new branding strategy. Printed materials are being changed to conform to the new product names and brand identity.
Over the past year, we participated in a nationwide initiative by the Delta Dental Plans Association to develop a strong Delta Dental brand. The effort involved more than changing our visual identity. We developed strategies to connect with all of our stakeholders, including
you and your employer, dentists and brokers. Our brand communicates who we are and what we do. It ensures Delta Dental is clearly differentiated, and builds long-term credibility, awareness and recognition.
We will be introducing a new logo and new corporate colors, such as "rejuvenating green" and "healthy pink." We are also refreshing our typeface, images and other elements to build a more distinctive brand.
We are also changing our plan names to emphasize the Delta Dental identity.
Your dental benefits will not change as a result of the new plan names. The new names are:

Option
The name of DeltaCare, our dental HMO-type program, remains the same.
Subscriber News and our Web site, at www.deltadentalnj.com, are being redesigned to reflect our new brand identity. You'll be able to see the changes in early 2006. |
