year - even on weekends and holidays. You can use Benefits Connection to find out about your eligibility and benefits, determine maximum and deductible balances, and even check the status of your claims online. Benefits Connection is fast, easy to use and free.
It is also password protected and secure.
If you have never used Benefits Connection before, go to www.deltadentalnj.com and click on "Subscribers." Then click "Register Now" in the Benefits Connection Logon box to register. Follow the simple onscreen instructions.
If you are already registered, go to www.deltadentalnj.com, click
"Subscribers," click Logon, and type your User Name and Password into the Logon box.
