When You Need Answers, Here's Where to Go, Whom to Call

Delta Dental makes it easy to get answers when you need them. Here's where to look and when:

Benefits Connection. This free online service enables you to access information about your benefits 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Use it to answer questions about eligibility and coverage, determine maximum and deductible balances, and more.

Online Frequently Asked Questions. This includes answers to 25 of the most common questions to Delta Dental, including how to find out what your treatment will cost beforehand, what happens when you're covered by two different dental plans (called "coordination of benefits"), and more.

Use our Customer Service Voice Response System at 800-452-9310. You can call this automated system any time of the day or night to obtain answers to most questions; request forms; obtain information concerning eligibility, benefits and claims paid status; and determine maximum and deductible balances.

Contact our Customer Service Department at 800-452-9310. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The best time to call is usually between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily, and all day Wednesday and Friday.
